Your Teachers

Thibault & Nicole Ramirez

Thibault and Nicole have been together since the beginning of 2019, quickly building a strong partnership and establishing a name for themselves. Becoming the World Champions of 2019 with their winning Showcase routine, they immediately began traveling all over the world teaching, performing, judging, and competing.

They are the creators of Flash Choreo, a mini choreography intensive for dancers to challenge themselves and perform a routine in a short amount of time.

They have developed great rhythm teaching classes and intensives together, offering great technique in a relaxed and fun environment.

With over 20 years of knowledge in West Coast Swing and other partner and solo dances, their teaching style is very appreciated everywhere they go and benefits dancers of all styles. Their emotive, passionate spirits shine when they are on stage and while teaching. They love to motivate their students to excel and reach their maximum potential. Their personalities are very energetic and open to connecting with people, on and off the dance floor.

Lee & Fab Easton

Fab began dancing at an early age, training in Jazz, Tap and Ballet, while Lee discovered dance later as a teenager through Line Dancing. Their varied backgrounds across multiple styles now shape the way they teach and perform West Coast Swing, blending strong fundamentals with musicality and creativity.

Lee and Fab have been teaching West Coast Swing for over 25 years throughout the UK and internationally. They run several weekend events each year and play an active role in supporting and growing a vibrant UK dance community.

Known for their playful, relaxed and creative approach, they create a welcoming learning environment where technique and enjoyment go hand in hand, making every class both engaging and rewarding.

Giulia Rusch

Giulia is an international West Coast Swing educator known for her structured yet entertaining approach to movement and communication. Her teaching focuses on helping dancers understand why things work and not just what to do so they can practice independently.

With a strong background in movement analysis and sport psychology, she works especially well with dancers who want to refine their quality of movement and deepen their understanding of their own dancing level.

She has been part of the German West Coast Swing community since its very first steps, growing alongside it while gaining deep insights from years on the international scene. From the dance floor and beyond, she has embraced many roles: Teacher, DJ, and Chief Judge.

Join me as I Rusch (; around the globe to share my passion for this dance.

Luca Schnoor

Luca has started his own West Coast Swing journey right here, in Hamburg, in 2021. Ever since he has been fascinated by the different kinds of movement and connection that can be found in West Coast Swing. He quickly started traveling internationally to experience the variety of styles, to compete and gain experience, all of which he wanted to bring back to his home community to share as a teacher. His classes, filled with joy and excitement, are meant to help dancers understand the logic behind a movement so that each student may find their own way to apply and implement it in versatile ways into their own dancing.

Clara Deiters

Drawing on her background in psychology (B.Sc. Psychology), Clara Deiters combines scientific research with years of experience in the competitive dance world to help dancers feel more grounded, connected, and confident.

As both a dancer and teacher, she has spent years actively involved in the West Coast Swing community, regularly teaching psychology workshops at events and working with dancers of all levels.

Clara is passionate about making psychology accessible and practical for dancers. She believes there is a real need for more open conversations around mental health, pressure, and personal struggles in the dance community, while also helping dancers perform at their best and enjoy dancing more fully.

All her workshops are grounded in scientific research and based on peer-reviewed studies, translating psychology into practical tools for real training, social dancing, and competition settings.

Her goal is simple: give dancers the tools to trust themselves under pressure and dance without holding back.

Tommy & Melli

Tommy and Melli. Anyone in Hamburg who wanted to learn or dance West Coast Swing has definitely heard of Tommy and Melli. For ten years, they taught in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, not only supporting the community but also actively shaping it. They both started West Coast Swing in 2012. They traveled throughout Europe, attending various events, dancing in competitions, judging numerous competitions, and, of course, teaching. In 2025, they officially gave their last workshop in Hamburg and retired from teaching. But for you and our event, we were able to bring them back.
