This intensive is about understanding those moments and learning how to respond differently.
Drawing on her background in psychology, Clara combines research on stress and performance with practical tools specifically for West Coast Swing dancers. The focus is not on theory, but on real situations you experience on the dance floor.
You’ll work on:

• staying present and connected while dancing
• recognizing stress responses early
• building more consistency in socials and competitions

You know the basics of West Coast Swing. Your next step is to improve your technique. You need more pattern variations and footwork. You prefer it when teachers explain lead and follow of new movement variations in detail. You need inspiration for additional styling elements and musicality.
Level 3:
Competition level required: at least 1 Novice, 1 Sophisticated or 1 Masters points WSDC or with audition!
Level 4:
